3. User Obligations

• Provide accurate information.
• Use Ellyra only for personal, lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse, hack, reverse-engineer, or copy the app.
• Do not rely on Ellyra for emergencies or critical decisions – call 999 or see a doctor.

4. Security & Authentication

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• Biometric logins (FaceID/TouchID) are handled by your device.

5. AI Disclaimer

Ellyra uses intelligent algorithms to provide suggestions. These are educational only and not a medical diagnosis. Decisions about treatment remain with qualified healthcare professionals.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, software, and branding remain the property of Ellyra Life Sciences Ltd.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ellyra is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on app suggestions.
• Losses resulting from reliance on non-clinical advice.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Termination
